On the outside a traditional Le Marche farmhouse, Di Bove has been immaculately restored and converted inside into two stylish and spacious apartments, with modern Italian chic fixtures and fittings and all mod cons. Situated in a quiet rural location, you can take an early morning stroll in the fields around Di Bove (with the sheep!), and then pop into the little town of Appignano, only 5km away, for your morning pastries. There’s also plenty on offer to keep the children entertained – an outdoor water park, a brand new adventure park and the surreal Frassasi caves are all nearby.
Inside
Fieno has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, family bathroom (with bath and shower) and a large open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room, and is laid out on one level up a set of external steps (so no stairs to worry about once inside!). The kitchen has been finished with modern and stylish fixtures and fittings and is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage and workspace. The large open plan sitting room has a bright, modern and comfortable sofa (which can convert to sofa bed should you need it), satellite TV, music system and a selection of games and books. Luxurious linen covers the beds and fabulous built in sliding-door wardrobes mean there is tonnes of storage space for all those extra summer essentials!
Fieno is on the first floor (accessed by its own external stone staircase) and enjoys outstanding views. Internet access is available in the information centre and small shop, located in a separate building.
Outside
Fieno has access to the garden and pool down the external stone steps. The garden has plenty of room to run about in and takes in the gentle views of rolling hills and distant mountains. The immaculately kept garden is fully enclosed, and the (9 x 4.5m) swimming pool is fully fenced too - great for the kids and for your peace of mind too. You may even have time to play a game of giant chess under the pergola!

From Di Bove it is a 40 minute drive to the small coastal resort of Porto Recanati, where there are good, clean family friendly beaches. The mountains of the spectacular Sibillini National Park are visible from Di Bove and are about an hour’s drive away. The spa towns of Tolentino and Macerata are within 30 minutes drive, and the Renaissance town of Cingoli is just 15 minutes away, with its archeological museum and art gallery housing one of the region's serendipity collections of paintings by Lorenzo Lotto, a splendid Madonna of the Rosary. Urbino is an hour and a half away, and is one of the most important towns in the Marche - indeed in Italy - for the tourist in search of great Italian art and architecture and its historical centre is included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.
