This beautiful listed 19th century Italian country house has a real wow factor, and has been restored with care and charm into four fabulous self-contained stylish apartments. Located in a tranquil spot, yet close to the beautiful and historic medieval hill top town of Mogliano, there’s plenty to do and see. Inside
The largest of four lovely self-contained apartments, Girasole has its own private sitting area, kitchen and dining facilities. This apartment is stylish; leather sofas, bold prints and high quality fixtures and fittings have been used to great effect. It is also equipped with air conditioning, mosquito blinds, internal window shutters, central heating and wireless internet. Please note: The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring gas hob, microwave, and fridge but it does not have a traditional oven. Girasole also has a freezer and a dishwasher. The bathroom does not have a bath but a baby bath is available on request and there is plenty of room to use it in the bathroom. Shared laundry facilities are available in a separate laundry room. Girasole has two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a very spacious living area, kitchen and dining area and a family bathroom. Located on the ground floor, and arranged over one level, there are no stairs at all to worry about! Girasole also has its own private self contained garden at its north side – a safe place for the children to play, or an ideal spot for a little private peace and quiet in the afternoon shade – you decide!
Outside
The immaculately kept shared garden is planted with mature trees and shrubs, and has a large flat lawned area for ball games or picnicking on a blanket in the shade of the tree. The swimming pool is a 12 x 6m, with Roman steps and a shallow end for little ones, and plenty of inflatables! There is an excellent vantage point from the terraced area near the pool, and a heated outside shower. There are several outside terrace areas, each with table, chairs and canopies for shaded al fresco dining, and surrounded by glorious sweeping views.
Parent Point: The pool is not enclosed, but there is no direct access to the pool and this apartment has a separate enclosed garden area. Baby and Toddler Friendly!

From Da Mossa it is a 40 minute drive to the beautiful Adriatic coast with its blue flag beaches and the stunning Monte Conero National Park. For those that prefer the mountains, 40 minutes in the other direction will get you to the spectacular Sibillini National Park. For a spot of culture, the beautiful and historic city of Macerata is just 25 minutes away, and an hour away is the ancient city of Ascoli Piceno with its Romanesque architecture, medieval streets, noble patrician palaces, museums full of masterpieces and the magnificent Main Square.
